This is a basic recipe, feel free to modify to suit your needs
- 3 cups Heavy Cream
- 1/2 quart Milk
- 1/4 tbsp Granulated Garlic
- 1/8 cup Salt
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 3 cups Water
Bring the heavy cream, milk, garlic, and salt to a boil. Add in the cheese and allow to melt, in a separate bowl mix up the corn starch and water to create a slurry. Once at a boil, remove from heat and add in the slurry and allow to thicken
