Berry Scones

  • 5 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Butter (chilled)
  • 2 1/2 cups Berries Frozen
  • 1 3/4 cup Half and Half Cream
  • 3 Eggs

Cut butter into a mix of flour, sugar, powder, and salt. Add berries and toss with the mix.

In a separate bowl beat together cream and eggs and slow mix into the dry ingredients. Knead for about 5 to 7 minutes until well combined

Bake on ungreased sheets about 20 minutes at 375 degrees

Use any type of berries desired
